Many of you have been asking for this. A longer restorative class where we really take the time to rest. Go deeper in relaxation and rejuvenation. Where we pamper our exhausted body and overstimulated mind with comfort, silence, darkness, stillness and warmth. Where we fully utilise the rejuvenating power of restorative yoga and breathing exercises to return restored and renewed. We will even do a beautiful journaling exercise to tap into the knowledge of our subconscious.
